The cutting blade body is made of high-carbon molybdenum vanadium steel, which boasts sharpness, rust resistance and is easy to sharpen. The handle is made of magnolia wood with a black epoxy cure, making the knife comfortable to handle, lightweight, and well balanced.
The Nakiri is a knife dedicated to cutting and shredding vegetables and herbs. A simple cleaver-like blade makes it very easy to move products. It should be remembered that the “nakiri” knife is not a cleaver and is not suitable for splitting large pieces of bone-in meat.
